The new layout features:  - Daylight from both the street and the back skylight. - New column covers in the shape of mushroom columns from 1930s industrial buildings. They're very sculptural in this setting. - A new custom-tinted concrete topping on the floor.  It all adds up to a sublime space - airy, peaceful and filled with light.
