A prominent New York art collector asked me to build an art pavilion beside his home in the Connecticut countryside. The existing house is a simple, elegant 50's structure, with a commanding view over the surrounding hills. The pavilion will house part of the owner's art collection, his extensive collection of art publications, plus a master bedroom suite.
